The Sulamith holiday home with a large garden is located 1.025 meters above sea level, on a quiet southern slope. It is the perfect starting point for hiking tours in the pristine nature.

It is very comfortably furnished in the country house style and has three bedrooms (maximum for 4 adults and 2 children). The house has a beautiful sun terrace, a herb garden, berry bushes, fruit trees and for children there is a sandbox, a double swing and a fenced playground for ball games.

Easy to reach by car even in winter.

Only 1.5 km from St.Kathrein/Off. There is also a snack station, several restaurants and a department store nearby.

Only 40 km away from the cultural capital Graz.

The whole house is heated by a modern infrared heating system.

Kitchen

Electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and iron stand, pots and pans, tablecloths and dishcloths.

Bedroom

1. bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

2nd bedroom with single bed, extendable to a double bed

3rd bedroom with bunk bed for children and wardrobe

Bed linen is provided.

Nostalgic Swedish wood stove, romantic sofa, sofa table, 2 armchairs, 2 floor lamps, crockery box

corner bench, crockery cupboard, bookshelf with interesting books and various board games

Bathroom:

Washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, shower, WC, towel rail and shelf.

Dear Sulamith Guests!

The renovation is finished. For our guests we have equipped the Sulamith holiday home with new windows and a new front door. We also have another window in the living room with a beautiful view towards Patscha-Berg. The windows of the Gaulhofers company are equipped with insect screens. Also a thermal insulation on the attic was made, so it is also in the cold season very comfortably warm in the house. The bench was also newly wallpapered. The new infrared heating provides pleasant warmth. I would like to move into the holiday home myself, everything has become so beautiful, cosy and homely. I am very happy about the successful renovation.
